Our Strategy

Our work is at a critical junction, grappling with the urgent challenges of climate change and biodiversity loss. Already communities worldwide feel the reverberations, amplifying political, economic, and social instability. With a narrow window of roughly a decade, as indicated by science, we must pivot our course to avert catastrophic outcomes.

In Response, our Strategic Plan aims to help unite efforts to safeguard our planet’s biodiversity and ecological integrity. We strive to alter our trajectory by collaborating with local, grassroots high-impact operators, nurturing a sustainable future for wildlife and wild places.

Our Strategic Plan sets out our key objectives from 2024 to 2027. It outlines the actions we will take to achieve our objectives and clarifies our priority areas of focus. To do this we rely on the support and dedication of our staff, project partners, and support from our donors.
